Dear Celia,
I enjoyed seeing your paintings very much and I would like to see some more of them.
I think that you should be very pleased with this body of work and I hope that you can keep it up in the future. It looks very poetic in charecter, and the apprecitave depiction of various light patterns lend a touch of the Romantic era to the works.

Hi Celia,

Landscapes are one of my favourite subjects and you depict them in such a convincing a poetic way.
One can say that a realistic painting (going toward photorealistic) is formed by small abstracts. So I think that your experience in abstracting yourself from “what objects/things are” and just depicting what you see, has really helped you to achieve this quality.

I really enjoyed looking at your work and reading your interview. I loved the light especially in the elongated canvases. I found it particulary interesting that you used to work in abstract as this is what I used to do. Hope all goes well and you are selling well. ;o)

I have thoroughly enjoyed this interview with Celia.On a wet Monday morning feeling thouroughly depressed your Landscapes have realy given me a lift,I have trundled through the Countryside without even leaving Home!A breath of fresh Air!Please forgive the pun.

I love Landscape Paintings especially without People cluttering them up, it gives you a sense of freedom and thought, almost like escapism from our hectic lives.Thank you for sharing your work with us.

Hi there Celia,

Truly wonderful work and as an artist myself, you’re experiences and thoughts were on the same lines as mine. I could/can relate to nearly everything you have covered in your blog interview [except the mountain bike bit!! I’d be on foot!! lol

I ADORE the two landscape paintings that are pictured with you…they are awesome. I literally could walk into them….very well executed paintings indeed.
