We would like to invite you, plus a guest, to a very special event at Contact this coming Thursday. Contact is proud to welcome Book Slam for ONE NIGHT ONLY to Manchester, with MC Patrick Neate and the indisputable talents of Michael Smith (Giro Playboy), Mr Scruff, Netsayi and SuAndi.
Author, critic and all round renaissance bloke, Patrick Neate, brings his legendary night of live literature to Manchester for the first time with friends like Michael Smith (author of the seminal ‘Giro Playboy’ [Faber]), local icon Mr Scruff, Netsayi Chigwendere (musician), and legendary poet SuAndi.
Expect words, music and all intersected in a laid back night of under-the-counter culture.
