Sight/ site Seeing
Mel Booth
An exhibition of photo-digital work at Persistence Works, Sheffield 26th- 18th
October
Mel Booth takes the photographic memories of the sights visited during a trip to
Rome as his starting point, and builds them up into glorious fragmentary and
multi-layered images.
Many of the most famous landmarks of the “eternal city” are transformed into
overlapping, colourful and intriguing iconic sites.
The exhibition is part of the city-wide Illuminate Festival celebrations.
